From a two-person practice to a distributed engineering group.

What began as a two-person consulting practice in 2013 has grown into a distributed engineering group serving clients across four continents — while keeping the same original commitments: no juniors on hidden margins, no bench, no theatre.

Today we operate as a network of senior specialists organised into small delivery pods, each accountable for the systems they design, build and run.
